Applying for Financial Aid

Step 1:
Complete your FAFSA online (KU school code: 002262) after January 1. You must be accepted to Kettering University before you will receive your financial aid award.

Step 2:
As soon as you submit your completed financial aid forms, Kettering financial aid specialists will determine your eligibility for financial aid. You'll need to provide income and asset information for both you and your parents so that our specialists can do what's called a "need analysis." Step 3:
While filling out forms is time consuming and tedious, you should know that Federal laws are very strict when it comes to income reporting accuracy. Please take a look at “Common Mistakes to Avoid” and “Actions That May Reduce Your Financial Aid” to make sure you’re on the up and up.
